In this episode, Dr. Patricia expands on the fourth pillar of Wholistic Health, the concept of Toxins Tolerance, and discusses the idea of “death by a 1000 cuts”. 
 
The threshold in which people can handle toxins will vary from person to person, and we each have our unique toxins ‘tipping point’. Dr. Patricia starts from the most common forms of toxins to which we are exposed, and progresses to cover the not so well known ones. She also reveals her “superpower” that she has developed and frames ‘reading ingredient lists'  in a new light.  
 
Looking for the right ingredients that serve you in your food is key, however knowing what ingredients that should NOT be in your food is as crucial.  This applies to supplements and anything else you put in or ON your body.

In this episode, Dr. Patricia continues the discussion of Toxins Tolerance and expands on the physical toxins to include the mental and spiritual toxins. This topic may be controversial at times, and Dr. Patricia has come to realize it is a necessary part of the fourth pillar.
