💡Did you know that once used by your body, hormones like estrogen (wether natural or from hormone replacement therapy) are broken down by your liver and eliminated through your poop?💩 In this Wild Wisdom Show episode, you’ll learn:

😲Did you know the kind and timing of exercise you do (or don’t do!) affects your hormone health? 
 
It’s not just about getting enough exercise — it’s also about getting the type and timing right, so that you support your stress hormone cortisol - which then protects your sex hormone progesterone for healthy hormone balance! 
 
💡In this Wild Wisdom Show episode, I cover specific strategies that you need to use to improve your exercise habits so that you can experience your best hormone health - such as optimal progesterone, cortisol and testosterone! 
 
Signs of too high cortisol, too low progesterone and testosterone include: 
-anxiousness and mental stress,
 -short, absent or painful menstrual cycles, 
-frequent colds and other infections, 
-difficulty falling and/or staying asleep, 
-difficulties getting or staying pregnant, 
-low libido, 
-too many hot flashes or night sweats, and 
-weight gain around the belly even if you are exercising frequently!

😲Did you know that there are toxic estrogens present in our food and water supply that can negatively affect your hormone health? 
💡In this Wild Wisdom episode, you’ll learn how while the estrogen your body makes is essential for health, 
👉the kind of estrogen coming into your body through environmental pollution could alter your hormone balance enough to cause problems with your health. 
👉For example, toxic estrogen in our water can come from birth control pill hormones that women pee out or from livestock hormones that aren’t properly filtered out and get back into our drinking water.
