Your IDEAL WEIGHT : DEEP DIVE pt 2 of 7 : Hormonal Imbalance

In this 2nd part of a 7 part series, Dr. Patricia discusses how the highly processed foods that we are eating cause hormonal imbalances. She discusses what to look for at the grocery store and some basic principles you can follow to avoid the imbalances that can occur. Dr. Patricia also explains the interplay between two hormones that are crucial for weight regulation, insulin and cortisol. We want to keep our muscle mass and we want to burn the fat to maintain our IDEAL weight. Understanding how to positively influence the interplay between these two hormones and keeping highly processed foods out of your system will go a long way to effortlessly maintaining your weight.
