Part 2: How to balance your hormones through balancing your blood sugar

In this episode Dr. Patricia continues from part 1, and discusses the link between blood sugar and hormone imbalance.  Dr Patricia covers everything from what you do, eat and even the environment you are in, and how it can negatively affect your blood sugar levels, and in turn your hormone balance. She also discusses what she does to accurately monitor her blood sugar levels, and give practical methods you can employ yourself.  Dr Patricia gives you key insights of what your body may also be telling you, that you may have not realized is linked to hormonal imbalance, and how to begin to address it.
