In this first part of a three part series Dr Patricia discusses how wonderfully interconnected your body is within, and how understanding some of these links and applying them in your daily life will help you achieve your ideal body weight. You will learn how to modulate the “set point” of your ideal weight by optimizing your hormonal messaging systems.Adopting these habits will make maintaining your ideal weight as easy as your daily routine.
